173.003. Retirement, severance and associated salary continuancepolicies and plans of approved public institutions, as defined in section173.205, shall be applied uniformly, consistently and fairly to allsimilarly situated officials and employees of such approved publicinstitutions; and no employee or official shall be singled out forretirement or severance benefits which are inconsistent with the formallyadopted policies and plans of such approved public institutions.
