Authorized actions of the board.

173.141. The board may:

(1) Enter into agreements with and receive grants from theUnited States government in connection with federal programs ofassistance to students of postsecondary education;

(2) Contract with public agencies or private persons ororganizations for the purpose of carrying out the administrativefunctions imposed upon it by sections 173.095 to 173.180;

(3) Call upon agencies of the state which have actuarial orfinancial expertise for consultation and advice, and upon anyagency of the state for assistance in the location of delinquentborrowers.
