173.386. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authorityshall not have the power or authority to cause any asset of the authorityto be used for the payment of debt incurred by the state, and the authorityshall not have the power or authority to distribute any asset of theauthority to any fund of the state of Missouri for the purpose of paymentof debt incurred by the state.
