Authority may be originator of guaranteed student loan, conditions.

173.387. The authority is hereby authorized to be the originator ofany federally guaranteed student loan. Provided, however, with respect toborrowers attending higher education institutions in the state of Missouri,the authority's origination of Stafford loans under the Federal FamilyEducation Loan Program shall not exceed ten percent of the previous year'stotal Missouri Federal Family Education Loan Program volume as determinedby the Student Marketmeasure report, data from the United States Departmentof Education, or other reputable sources.
