Tax exemptions, income and property of authority--bonds exemptfrom certain provisions.

173.415. The authority is hereby declared to be performinga public function and to be a separate public instrumentality ofthe state. Accordingly, the income of the authority and allproperties at any time owned by the authority shall be exemptfrom all taxation in the state of Missouri. For the purposes ofsection 409.402, RSMo, all bonds or other forms of indebtednessissued by the authority shall be deemed to be securities issuedby a separate public instrumentality of the state of Missouri.
