173.550. The department shall establish appropriateprocedures, in accordance with the purposes of sections 173.500to 173.565, for selection of applied project proposals submittedto it by institutions. Proposals submitted by the University ofMissouri system, directly or indirectly, shall not be eligiblefor funding.
