Employees--terms, compensation, retirement, workers'compensation for.

174.140. Each board of regents may appoint and remove thepresident or any professor or teacher in any state college in itsdistrict; may fix the duration, terms and conditions of theiroffices and compensation; may enter into agreements for and makecontributions to both voluntary and statutory retirement plansfor the president, professors and teachers; and under rulesadopted by the board may extend the provisions of the workers'compensation law to all employees thereof.
