174.755. The establishment of the Missouri arboretum on theNorthwest Missouri State University campus shall in no waypreclude or limit the research and educational activitiesconcerning biological and botanical resources in natural orcontrived areas by other universities, colleges, or othergovernmental entities. The Missouri arboretum shall providesupport for such activities through data bases and monitoringactivities.
