178.280. The board of education of any seven-directordistrict, in its discretion, may establish and maintain summerschools, making all necessary rules and regulations therefor andfixing the rates of tuition of resident pupils above the age oftwenty years and of others who are not entitled to receive freepublic school privileges in the district.
