Advisory committee to be appointed in each district offeringvocational subjects--no compensation.

178.560. The school board of any school district or the governingboard of Linn State Technical College maintaining a prevocational orvocational school, Linn State Technical College, department or classreceiving the benefit of state or federal moneys under the provisions ofsections 178.420 to 178.580, as a condition of approval by the state boardof education and the state commissioner of education, shall appoint personsof experience in agriculture, industry, home economics and commerce to giveadvice and assistance to the school board or governing board in theestablishment and maintenance of the schools, departments and classes. Thepersons of experience shall serve without compensation.
