State board may receive gifts and donations--fundcreated--use--report.

178.630. The state board of education may receive gifts anddonations, either from public or private sources, that areoffered unconditionally or under conditions related to thevocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry orotherwise and consistent with the provisions of sections 178.590to 178.630. All moneys received as gifts or donations shall bedeposited in the state treasury and shall constitute a permanentfund to be called the special fund for the vocationalrehabilitation of disabled persons, to be used by the board todefray the expenses of vocational rehabilitation in special casesincluding the payment of necessary expenses of persons undergoingtraining. A full report of all gifts and donations offered andaccepted, together with the names of the donors and therespective amounts contributed by each, and all disbursementstherefrom shall be submitted biennially to the general assembly.
