178.634. The board of regents of Linn State Technical College, whileattending the meetings of the board, shall receive their actual andnecessary expenses, which shall be paid out of the ordinary revenues of theinstitution. Vacancies in terms of office caused by death, resignation orremoval shall be filled in the manner provided by law for such vacancies onthe board of curators of the University of Missouri.
