178.699. 1. No person shall be required to participate inany program of parent education or developmental screening, or inany program for developmentally delayed children, approved by thedepartment of elementary and secondary education pursuant tosections 178.691 to 178.699.
2. Any information obtained as a result of an approvedprogram of developmental screening is confidential, and may notbe released to anyone other than parents or guardians without theexpress written consent of the parents or guardians of the child.
