Board to adopt rules and regulations--suspension of libraryprivileges, when.

182.670. 1. The board of trustees of the consolidatedpublic library district shall adopt reasonable rules andregulations governing the terms and privileges for the use of thelibrary and its facilities and shall cause the same to bepublished, with amendments, and filed with the clerk of eachcounty served by the consolidated public library district andshall have on file a copy thereof in all library facilities opento the public.

2. If any person or corporation using the facilities of theconsolidated public library district shall violate any of thepublished rules or regulations adopted by the board, the board orthe librarian of the consolidated public library district maysuspend that person's or corporation's library privileges eithertemporarily or permanently, as the consolidated public librarydistrict shall deem to be in the best interests of theconsolidated public library and of the people it serves.
