184.608. All taxes levied under section 184.600 or 184.604shall be collected in the same manner and at the same time asother ad valorem taxes on the taxable property are collected.The county assessor shall transfer the moneys collected onbehalf of the metropolitan zoo district to the district boardand such moneys shall be used solely for construction,improvement, maintenance or purchase of zoos within the districtor for the administration of the district.
