Penalty ordinances may be enacted by city or county for injury todistrict property.

184.622. The legislative authority of any city or county inwhich property of the metropolitan zoo district is situated shallhave the power to enact ordinances imposing suitable penaltiesfor the punishment of persons committing injury upon the districtor district's properties, the grounds or collections of propertythereof.
