Definitions.

185.205. As used in sections 185.200 to 185.230, the term "publictelevision station" means a television broadcasting station operating as ofJanuary 1, 1980, under authority of Section 73.621 of the FederalCommunications Commission rules and regulations as a noncommercialeducational or public television station, owned and operated by a politicalsubdivision of this state, an educational institution of this state, or bya not-for-profit corporation, accepting or broadcasting no commercialmessages, and receiving all or part of its operating revenues from publicfunds, federal funds, donations or grants, or public subscriptions.
