186.011. 1. No salary or compensation shall be allowed anymember of the council. Actual and necessary expenses incurred bymembers of the council shall be paid in conformity withregulations applicable to state employees, from any funds whichare or may become available for the purpose of this section.
2. The department of economic development shall furnishadministrative support and staff as is necessary for theeffective operation of the council.
3. The council shall meet at least four times per year atthe call of the chairman.
