186.065. The general assembly may appropriate funds for grants to theMissouri humanities council. State funds received pursuant to sections186.050 to 186.067 shall be used for public humanities programming. Statefunds shall be distributed to the Missouri humanities council after receiptof the council's annual report of expenses for the prior fiscal year.
