188.115. If any provision of sections 188.100 to 188.120 isfound by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid orunconstitutional as applied to a specific person or class ofpersons, the provisions of sections 188.100 to 188.120 shallremain in full force and effect as to every other person or classof persons who is otherwise covered under these sections.
