Records, what and how kept.

190.075. The board shall provide for the proper and safekeeping of its permanent records and for the recording of thecorporate action of the district. Such books and records shallbe made available for inspection by any member of the board uponrequest by the board member. It shall keep a true and accurateaccount of its receipts and an annual audit shall be made of itsbooks, records and accounts. All officers and employeesauthorized to receive or retain the custody of money or to signvouchers, checks, warrants or evidences of indebtedness bindingupon the district shall furnish surety bond for the faithfulperformance of their duties and the faithful accounting for allmoneys that may come into their hands in an amount to be fixedand in a form to be approved by the board.
