Pediatric emergency medical services system.

190.104. 1. The department is authorized to establish a program toimprove the quality of emergency care for pediatric patients throughout thestate and to implement a comprehensive pediatric emergency medical servicessystem in accordance with standards prescribed by sections 190.001 to190.245 and rules adopted by the department pursuant to sections 190.001 to190.245.

2. The department is authorized to receive contributions, grants,donations or funds from any private entity to be expended for the programauthorized pursuant to this section.
