Inspection limitation--effect of sale or transfer on a license.

190.111. The inspection conducted under subsection 14 of section190.105 shall be limited to the verification of compliance with standardsfor renewal of an existing license, and shall not include the criteria setforth in subsection 3 of section 190.109 or any other existing criteriarequired for the issuance of a license to a nonlicense holder or for alicensee seeking to expand its ambulance service area. Any licensesacquired upon a sale or transfer of any ground ambulance service ownershipshall remain in full force and effect after the sale or transfer unlesssuspended or revoked for cause as provided in section 190.165.
