Dissolution of emergency telephone service not required, when(Christian County).

190.306. No provision in this chapter shall be construed to requireany municipality within any county of the third classification without atownship form of government and with more than fifty-four thousand twohundred but less than fifty-four thousand three hundred inhabitants thathas established an emergency telephone service to dissolve the service inthe event that the county in which the municipality is located establishesan emergency telephone service and moves to a higher county classification.
