Attendance of patient by private physician.

191.210. Any person having any relative committed to thecustody of any institution under the control of the statedepartment of social services may, at their own expense, employ alicensed physician or other qualified practitioner to administertreatments to such patients. Persons so employed shall confinesuch treatment to the individual patient concerned. The stateshall not be liable for any additional cost incurred as a resultof the employment of such persons.
