191.729. Upon receipt of federal funds for such program,the commissioner of the department of elementary and secondaryeducation shall develop and make available to all schooldistricts for inclusion in their drug and alcohol educationprograms in grades one through twelve, age-appropriate drugeducation curricula concerning the physiological effects andproblems before and after birth caused by the use of cigarettes,alcohol and schedules I, II and III controlled substances aslisted in section 195.017, RSMo.
