Definitions.

191.800. As used in sections 191.800 to 191.815, thefollowing terms mean:

(1) "Hunger", the lack of sufficient nutritious food tomaintain health or morale or to achieve optimal human potential;

(2) "Outreach", a public education activity the purpose ofwhich is to inform:

(a) Hungry people about available food programs and how togain access to them;

(b) The general public about the nature and extent of hungerproblems in the state and specific communities and the programswhich address them.
