Agencies to coordinate outreach programs--specific programs--publicservice announcements to be designed.

191.813. 1. Those agencies responsible for administeringemergency and supplemental food programs shall collaborate indesigning and implementing outreach programs focused onpopulations at risk of hunger, that effectively describe theprograms, their purposes and how to apply for them.

2. Those programs for which outreach will be designed andimplemented are food stamps, school breakfast, summer foodservice programs and the special supplemental food program forwomen, infants and children.

3. Outreach programs shall be culturally and linguisticallyappropriate for the populations most at risk.

4. In addition to brochures and other written materials,the designated agencies shall design public service announcementsfor distribution to the electronic media and instructional videosto help persons understand the opportunities, rights,limitations, and obligations under the programs and how to applyfor them.
