Department to issue reports--subjects.

192.040. The department of health and senior services, with the approvalof the director of the department and within the limits of appropriations madefor the department, shall compile and issue reports and summaries ofaccomplishments and projects within the department as may be of benefit andadvantage to the public, including information concerning vital and mortuarystatistics, respecting diseases, and instructing in the subject of hygiene.Such reports shall include information and statistics on Black health and themortality of minority groups.
