Care of babies and hygiene of children, educational literature tobe issued by department.

192.070. The department of health and senior services shall issueeducational literature on the care of the baby and the hygiene of the childincluding, but not limited to, the importance of routine dental care forchildren; study the causes of infant mortality and the application ofmeasures for the prevention and suppression of the diseases of infancy andchildhood; and inspect the sanitary and hygienic conditions in publicschool buildings and grounds.
