Inspection of hotels, inns and boardinghouses.

192.090. The department of health and senior services shall exercisesuch powers and duties pertaining to inspection of hotels, inns andboardinghouses as is imposed by law and such powers and duties may bedelegated by the director of the department of health and senior services to adeputy who may be the deputy of food and drug administration and who, underthe director, shall be chiefly responsible for the administration of laws,orders and findings relating to the inspection of hotels, inns andboardinghouses.
