Administrative and cost allocation fund created, use of moneys.

192.324. There is hereby created in the state treasury the"Department of Health and Senior Services Administrative and CostAllocation Fund". The state treasurer shall be the custodian of the fundand the fund shall be administered by the director of the department ofhealth and senior services. The fund shall be funded annually byappropriations, and deposits and transfers thereto. The fund shall containmoneys transferred or paid to the department in return for goods andservices provided internally by the department, or to any governmentalentity or the public. The commissioner of administration shall approvedisbursements from the fund at the request of the director of thedepartment or the director's designee in accordance with the appropriationsmade therefor. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo,moneys in the fund shall not lapse to the credit of general revenue at theend of the biennium. All interest earned on the fund shall be deposited inand credited to the fund.
