Radiation data management program to collect statistics toprotect health and environment.

192.505. The department of health and senior services shall develop andimplement a responsible data management program of collecting and analyzingstatistical information necessary to protect the public health and safety orthe environment, and maintain a list of the persons authorized to use,possess, store, treat, or transfer sources of radiation within the state, anddisseminate information relating to sources of radiation except when suchinformation constitutes trade secrets or confidential information of theperson from whom it is obtained, unless disclosure of such information isrequired by federal law.
