Radiation emergencies, duties of department of health and seniorservices to cooperate with other agencies.

192.510. The department of health and senior services shall respond toall radiation emergencies. The department shall coordinate its radiationemergency response activities and plans with the state emergency managementagency, the department of natural resources and other agencies, and provide amemorandum of agreement documenting responsibilities. This section does notin any way alter or change the provisions of chapter 44, RSMo, concerningresponse during an emergency by the office of the adjutant general or itssuccessor agency.
