Preparation of certain bodies for shipment supervised by healthofficer.

194.070. The body of any person having died of Asiatic cholera(cholerine), typhus or ship fever, yellow fever, or bubonic plague, shall notbe offered to or accepted by any common carrier for transportation unless itshall have been prepared for shipment in accordance with section 194.080, andunder the supervision of an officer of the department of health and seniorservices, or supervision of a member of the state board of embalmers andfuneral directors.
