Embalmers authorized to enucleate eyes, when.

194.295. Any embalmer, licensed under the provisions ofchapter 333, RSMo, who has successfully completed a course in eyeenucleation conducted or certified by the department ofophthalmology of a college of medicine offering said course, andwho holds a valid certificate of competence for completing thecourse, may enucleate eyes when the eyes have been donated as agift as provided by the Missouri uniform anatomical gift act. Noembalmer is subject to any civil or criminal liability forperforming any act necessary to enucleate eyes as provided bythis section.
