Enforcement by whom.

195.190. It is hereby made the duty of the department of health andsenior services, its officers, agents, inspectors, and representatives, andall peace officers within the state, and all county attorneys, to enforce allprovisions of sections 195.005 to 195.425, except those specificallydelegated, and to cooperate with all agencies charged with the enforcement ofthe laws of the United States, of this state, and of all other states,relating to narcotic and controlled substances.
