Delivery or manufacture of an imitation controlled substance, penalty.

195.242. 1. It is unlawful for any person to deliver,possess with intent to deliver, manufacture with intent todeliver, or cause to be delivered any imitation controlledsubstance.

2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class Dfelony.
