195.252. 1. It is unlawful for any person:
(1) Who is subject to the provisions of sections 195.005 to195.198 to distribute or dispense a controlled substance inviolation of section 195.030;
(2) Who is a registrant, to manufacture a controlledsubstance not authorized by that person's registration, or todistribute or dispense a controlled substance not authorized bythat person's registration to another registrant or otherauthorized person;
(3) To refuse or fail to make, keep or furnish any record,notification, order form, statement, invoice or informationrequired under section 195.050.
2. Any person who violates subdivision (1) of subsection 1of this section or subdivision (2) of subsection 1 of thissection is guilty of a class D felony.
3. Any person who violates subdivision (3) of subsection 1of this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
