Trademark or trade name, unlawful use of, penalty.

195.256. 1. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture,deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, acontrolled substance which, or the container or labeling ofwhich, without authorization and with knowledge of the nature ofhis actions, bears the trademark, trade name, or otheridentifying mark, imprint, number or device or any likenessthereof, of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser, other thanthe person who in fact manufactured, distributed, or dispensedthe substance.

2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class Dfelony.
