196.020. In addition to the remedies herein provided the department ofhealth and senior services is hereby authorized to apply to the circuit courtfor, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown,to grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person fromviolating any provision of section 196.015; irrespective of whether or notthere exists an adequate remedy at law.
