196.040. Nothing in sections 196.010 to 196.120 shall be construed asrequiring the department of health and senior services to report for theinstitution of proceedings under sections 196.010 to 196.120, minor violationsof said sections, whenever the department of health and senior servicesbelieves that the public interest will be adequately served in thecircumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
