Publication of reports of judgments, decrees and court orders.

196.065. 1. The department of health and senior services may cause tobe published from time to time reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, andcourt orders which have been rendered under sections 196.010 to 196.120,including the nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.

2. The department may also cause to be disseminated such informationregarding foods, drugs, devices, and cosmetics as the department deemsnecessary in the interest of public health and the protection of the consumeragainst fraud. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit thedepartment from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of theinvestigations of the said department.
