196.291. All sales of foods which are not potentially hazardousfoods, as defined by regulation, sold by religious, charitable, ornonprofit organizations at their religious events or at charitablefunctions and activities shall be exempt from all state laws andregulations relating to food inspection, pursuant to sections 196.190 to196.271.
