196.323. 1. Only eggs of the quality standard designatedGrade "AA", Grade "A", Grade "B", or Grade "C", shall be sold toany consumer by any person.
2. Inedible eggs shall not be bought, sold or trafficked inand any inedible eggs found in the hands of any person aredeclared to be contraband and shall be destroyed as contraband.The director, by regulation, may permit the sale and use ofdenatured inedible eggs for purposes other than human food.
