The director, or his authorized agents orrepresentatives, may enter, during the regular business hours,any establishment where eggs are bought, stored, sold, offeredfor sale, or processed, in order to inspect and examine eggs, theproducts of eggs, egg containers, and the premises, and toexamine the records of such establishments relating thereto.
