Court may order seizure of eggs, when--condemnation.

196.348. Any eggs found in the possession of an owner orcustodian and not in compliance with the provisions of sections196.311 to 196.361, or the rules or regulations adoptedhereunder, shall be subject to seizure upon complaint of thedirector to the circuit court of the county or city in which sucheggs are located. Such seizure shall not be made until the owneror custodian of the eggs has been given forty-eight hours fromthe time of a "Stop-Sale" order to bring the eggs into compliancewith sections 196.311 to 196.361, or the rules and regulationsadopted hereunder. In the event the court finds that the eggs donot comply with sections 196.311 to 196.361, or the rules andregulations adopted hereunder, it shall order the condemnationthereof, and the eggs shall be denatured, processed, destroyed,regraded, relabeled, or otherwise disposed of by the court.
