Purposes.

196.527. It shall be the responsibility of the state milkboard** to encourage orderly and sanitary production,transportation, processing and grading of manufactured milk andits products, to assure wholesome, stable, and high-quality dairyproducts; and to provide the basis for measuring, weighing andtesting all milk, including grade "A" fluid milk andmanufacturing milk, to determine its value at first point ofsale.
