Condemnation of illegal dairy products.

196.570. The state milk board** or its agent is authorized tocondemn any illegal manufactured dairy product as defined insection 196.545, which is offered, exposed for sale, or sold forhuman food purposes, and shall identify same as an unlawfulproduct. It shall be unlawful to remove or deface anyidentification placed upon the container of a condemned milksupply or upon a condemned product. A harmless food coloring maybe used to identify a supply of illegal milk.
