196.610. 1. Any person who violates any provision ofsections 196.520 to 196.610 shall, upon conviction, be guilty ofan infraction.
2. Any person who knowingly violates any provision ofsections 196.520 to 196.610 shall, upon conviction, be guilty ofa class A misdemeanor.
3. Nothing in sections 196.520 to 196.610 shall be soconstrued as to prohibit any dairy farmer who holds a validpermit at the inception of sections 196.520 to 196.610 to produceand sell manufactured grade milk.
